To ensure a great fit, measure the circumference of your head starting
in the middle of your forehead and match it with the sizes below:

Extra Small/Small - 48-52cm
Small/Medium - 54-58cm
Large/Extra Large - 58-62cm

*Please note due to amazing differences between human bodies these measurements are provided as a GUIDE ONLY.
Measure the diameter of the thigh 5-10cm (5 for younger riders 10 for older, if in doubt use the avarage) above the centre of the kneecap and then choose the best fitting size from the measurements below.

Youth Small 28-34cm
Youth Medium 30-36cm
Youth Large 35-40cm
