At Scooter Crew, we aim to keep shipping simple, fair and transparent.
Our new shipping rates are calculated based on your order size, delivery location and selected delivery service. In many cases, smaller orders now cost less to ship than under our previous flat-rate system.
Shipping starts from $3.95 for small standard parcels.
Free Standard Shipping Over $350
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $350 to most metro and regional areas within Australia.
This offer is designed for larger orders, such as family scooter purchases or scooter-and-accessory bundles.
Free shipping exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Remote delivery areas
- Some oversized or special-handling items
- Express shipping upgrades
- PO Boxes, where a specific delivery service is required
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the available delivery options and prices will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Bulky Items and Larger Orders
Many of our products, such as scooters, skate gear and larger accessories, can be bulky to ship.
Shipping for bulky items is calculated at checkout based on:
- Parcel size
- Parcel weight
- Delivery postcode
- Selected delivery service
We aim to keep bulky shipping charges fair and close to the actual carrier cost.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available Australia-wide.
Standard shipping rates start from $3.95 and are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Free standard shipping may apply to eligible orders over $350, excluding remote areas and other listed exceptions.
Express Shipping
Need your order faster?
Express shipping is available for many orders and will be shown at checkout where available.
Express shipping is not included in the free shipping offer. If your order qualifies for free standard shipping, you may still be able to choose Express shipping for an additional charge.
Dispatch Times
We work hard to dispatch orders quickly.
Express orders placed before 1pm AEST may be dispatched the same business day where stock is available and the order is ready to ship.
During busy periods, including sales events and October to December, dispatch may take slightly longer. We recommend ordering early during peak season to avoid disappointment.
Tracking and Signature on Delivery
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post or Aramex, depending on the delivery service used.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive tracking emails.
A signature may be required on delivery. Safe Drop is not available for orders placed through our website, and we strongly recommend that customers do not enable Safe Drop through the MyPost app. Any parcel marked as Safe Dropped is considered delivered, and Scooter Crew accepts no responsibility for loss or theft after delivery.
PO Boxes
Some orders may not be suitable for delivery to PO Boxes, especially bulky items.
Where PO Box delivery is unavailable, checkout will show the available delivery options for your order.
Discreet Packaging
We ship orders in plain, discreet packaging where possible.
Some bulky items may ship in their original carton or packaging due to size. Shipping labels will include our return name and address as required by freight carriers.
Uncollected Parcels and Returned Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, could not be delivered, or the delivery details were incorrect, carrier return fees and re-shipping costs may apply.
Please monitor your tracking notifications and ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected delivery service and carrier conditions.
Estimated delivery times shown by Australia Post or Aramex are estimates only and may change during peak periods, public holidays, weather events or carrier disruptions.
As a general guide:
Express Delivery
- Brisbane and South East Queensland: often 1β3 business days
- NSW, VIC, TAS and SA metro: often 2β5 business days
- WA, NT and regional areas: often 3β10 business days
Standard Delivery
- Queensland metro and nearby areas: often 2β5 business days
- NSW and VIC: often 3β6 business days
- SA, TAS, WA, NT and regional areas: often 5β13 business days
Please order well ahead of time during October to December.
